We have been using Karen Pobo Family Cleaning Service for several months. First and foremost, the quality of cleaning provided by Karen is exceptional. She typically comes in with 3-4 people and stays 2.5 – 3 hours.  They are very thorough with the initial cleaning including walls, light switches and headrest on the beds…..things you don’t even realize need cleaning day to day.   From the moment we reached out to inquire about their services, Karen was prompt, courteous, and attentive. I can't say enough about Karen and her Cleaning Family–they are wonderful, every single person! (Karen herself, Gabriel, Jose, and their newest addition, Maria, who knows how to really clean the old-fashioned way!) They are so hard working, and see dust and dirt that I can't see–they pay attention to details. In all of these years, I've rarely seen a more honest, thorough, and conscientious cleaning team–you don't even have to be home when they work their magic. People you are going to be so impressed with Karen and her Company I can’t say enough about there services your house will never look the same you house will sparkle I have had plenty of cleaning services and individual cleaners and SHE IS THE BEST ! Highly recommend Karen and her family’s cleaning service!! We’ve used them for a few weeks now, both deep clean and regular house cleaning. We are VERY happy with them.

The attention to detail is great! They’ll move furniture to clean the baseboards behind nightstands properly or vacuum under couch cushions in a regular cleaning. It seems obvious unfortunately, we’ve had other house cleaners before and the detail they had when going through our home just doesn’t even compare. I can’t even tell you the amount of dust and dirt they found and took care of during the initial deep clean. (An amount that shouldn’t have been there after having another service clean our home!)
